Minerva Bernardino born Seibo, Dominican Republic May 7, 1907 (d. 1998). One of four women who signed UN Charter 1945; responsible for Charter's words: ''to ensure respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms without discrimination against race, sex, condition or creed.''
