Şebnem Korur Fincanci born March 21, 1959. President Turkish Human Rights Foundation; Professor Forensic Medicine Istanbul 1996; led sit-in at Parliament for peace 2016; arrested for terrorism 2016, advocating Kurdish free speech; first International Medical Peace award 2011 for opposition to torture.
